Listen, Create, Improvise

Broaden your musical imagination by exploring new and unconventional ways of performing, interpreting, and improvising music. This workshop is a fun and supportive opportunity to experiment with creative forms of musical notation – like graphic scores based on symbols and images as well as text pieces consisting of verbal instructions – all of which encourage you to think outside the box and express your own musical ideas in fresh, personal ways.

Open to all instrumentalists ages 12+.
